I'm Darling Carl M.Ed., the owner and founder of Austin Reading Recipes.

My mission is to share my enthusiasm for reading to build a strong foundation for reading success for all learners. Over my teaching and tutoring career, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of families and students in the Austin and Hill Country area. I have many happy students and parents.

With over 13 years of experience and a Master's Degree in Advanced Reading Instruction, I believe every child deserves the right ingredients for reading success. I work with traditional and alternative students and learners including homeschool families and pods.  

For families, I am dedicated to providing a nurturing and effective learning environment for young readers to develop their language skills.

For school campuses, I provide the same dedication for small groups. This strengthens your school's program and gives your customers an added value and layer of support without adding staff workload.
